We rode bike past your jobsite this weekend. There was a yard sale in your neighborhood and we also visited the sale going on at the art company across from Sally's. We ended up riding all the way to the Red Bar for lunch.

Don't even say it lol!! Lucky for us the drainage is great usually on our lot.... we'll see though. If you see a white haired thin man that's moondoggie - say hi!

That's the insulated foam forms. They pour concrete in those on Tuesday and then they start the 2nd floor and after that the parapet roof will go on!

Exciting! Got up on scaffolding last night and was thrilled to look out over the village. And my balcony will be even higher than that. It should be a nice little beach cottage.
