$200 million per day is nothing if it helps keep Nanci Pelosi one heartbeat further from taking the office of the President, right?

Just had to bring her up on this thread even though it clearly has nothing to do with her huh?

I'm starting to think that the Republicans actually have an 8 year-old crush on Pelosi the way they like to smack her and then run away giggling.

walk the walk, you also have to remember that Obama will spend less if he tax dollars if he isn't in Washington passing the other kind of bills.

Your intelligence level is seeping onto your keyboard. :shock:

Must be that new Repub government.....I always thought that the legislative branch was responsible for passing bills?:roll:

I read on the internet that it was actually $200 Billion per day and that the 747 normally used as Air Force One for such a trip is being replaced by unicorns.

I am going to shock all you soothsayers and oh so astute pundits on the left. The 200 million dollar per day figure is, I believe, not only completely overblown but is also much less. Also, it is a President's responsibility to be a great ambassador for our country. Unfortunately, they always haven't been so. Let's hope President Obama suceeds in the effort on this trip. In this case, the Republicans should find a more viable issue to complain about and that shouldn't be hard as there are plenty of them.

Spoken like a real American who put country first ahead of nonsensical partisan politics. Kudos to you, Andy.

:clap::clap::clap:

As to the Pakistan reaction to this visit, perhaps this is a suggestion to the Pakistanis that it they are not going to step up and eject Al Queda from their territories, then we will develope other allies that we can better count on.

Exactly what Anderson Cooper suggested:
Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com - The $200 million myth

This has really come back to bite the conservative pundits and Michelle Bachmann in the butt! They are looking rather foolish right now...:roll:

This has been one of the most stupid issues to be discussed, nationally, and on this forum, in a long time. You don't think Michele Bachmann and Walk the Walk are related, do you? :roll:
