If anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. We are relocating to the are and looking for a rental in Santa Rosa Beach with a budget around 1500 a month. We have been homeowners for 16 years so we haven't rented in ages but will be building a house and need a rental for 12 months. We are 35+, have two kids, one middle schooler, one high schooler and we don't smoke or have pets. We are very clean people and will take very good care of any home we are in. Thanks in advance for any tips!
