Wanted: 3/2 homw with mother-in-law suite

[Sandy Thompson]

Things have changed. Now looking for 3B/2B home with mother-in-law suite attached. Somwhere between Lake Powell and Sacred Heart Hospital. Looks like Mom will be staying with us if we can't find something else near to us. Surely someone has something that can help us. Sandy

What price range are you looking for?

[Jdarg]

I know several people looking for LTRs right now, and good ones at good prices are snapped up the minute they become available.

I have heard so many comments about how easy it should be to find LTRs around here, when in fact it is quite difficult because many of these "empty" houses are owned by the banks, who are not renting them out, letting them sit empty and go to ruin instead.

[Sandy Thompson]

$1600 or less.
