My roommate and I are currently renting in Blue Mountain Beach and our lease is up at the end of May. We are looking to stay in the general area, and would prefer south of 30A.....but depending on property and price, we will consider a bit further east. We would LOVE to rent a house so that we can have a bit more privacy, since we are living below a family that is VERY LOUD!--can't take it anymore! We are two young women, VERY VERY clean and responsible.
