Wanted: A new place to call home!
Hi there!
My husband and I just relocated to the area a few months ago from Atlanta and are currently staying in a temp vacation home rental. We can rent now or have until mid to end March to find a place to call home! We are in our mid 30s, professionals. I've been coming to this area since I was a teenager and it's my favorite place. So I'm very happy to be here, away from the big city and back in my home state! We also have two small dogs that are very well trained, both 10 years old and a combined weight under 25lbs, so we will have to have a dog friendly place.
We are open to possibilities, so please contact me if you have a rental or know about a rental! We do want to stay close to 30a or north of it, as far west as Mirimar beach and as far east until you get into Panama City beach. We want to avoid the bigger, more populated cities in the area. We'd love a place with a pool or access to a pool.
We need to stay under $1500 for rent as we are in major saving mode. We'd love a place that includes utilities or some of them, it simplifies things. But if not, no worries.
Please send anything you have and we will definitely take a look. It helps enormously if you send pictures and details so we can quickly see if it's a good fit for both our sakes. Then we can schedule a visit out to see the place quickly if it's a go!
