Beach Comber
Looking to spent up to 1.1M in Seaside or Watercolor Phase 1 - must be 2000+ sq ft, 3 bed, less than .5 mile to the beach.

Have 1031 money and need to spend it, can move very fast for the right deal.

What about Phase 3? New pool was just built last year and there is a foot bridge over Western Lake. Nice & quiet yet convenient to all the amenities.
My husband & I have 2 newly constucted homes in phase 3, one in Oak Grove and one in Long Leaf that fronts the park.

Weatherman,

Have a continuous feed of available Watercolor Properties at:

http://www.uniquepanhandleproperties.com/watercolor_search.htm

Feed is down for Seaside right now but here's the listings:

Can set you up to automatically receive new listings, price changes and/or sales in either community and can also restrict them to certain price range, bedrooms, square footage, phase etc. Just call or email.

The key right now to getting the place you want is to throw out lowball offers until somebody takes your deal. You'd be amazed at how much less than asking some sellers are taking. We're strong negotiators, will get you all the info you need to make an informed offer (including mortgage balances, seller's purchase price, listing history etc.) and would love to help you find your home.

I've received quite a few messages, thanks for the response. There are some very good deals out there and I will be looking at a few this upcoming weekend.
