we made it home

we got up, had breakfast at another broken egg in grayton, then went to shrimpers and got the parents shrimp and oysters. headed out about 9-ish, did well until nashville, where we moved at a crawl all the way thru town. we ate supper at a ruby tuesdays in elizabethtown, ky, then drove on home. made decent time today. we got home, my rain gauge had over 5 inches of rain in it, and when i stepped off the back deck, i sank up almost to my ankles in the bog - i mean yard. welcome home to indiana ! and more rain tonight and maybe sunday... woo hoo. can't wait to go get dory in the morning. well, time for nighty night now - talk to ya friday friends !

I am going crazy!! I think after tomorrow we should be fine, 71 and sunny. It's been about a week or so of rain and clouds every day. It's looking up though! The forcast shows lots of suns in the days ahead.

But you have to feel better knowing that it's coming. At least you'll have one good weekend day! I'm so happy we won't have to sit out in the rain to watch another lacrosse game.
