Our son is getting married on the beach in Santa Rosa Beach in February 2009. We have found everything we need except a great disc jockey. Any help would be greatly appreciated. They are from Atlanta and will be traveling here the first or second week of November to finalize wedding details and we must book a disc jockey then! Thanks.

Hi JandJ. B Boy Productions is a great recommendation! I've seen them in action a few times, and they also have a guy, Hunter--he played guitar at one wedding, if you need ceremony musicians. They had great music--totally professional set up and the dj's reacted when they saw something happenin'...like played a cool mix when things were getting fun. You have to be good to be prepared for stuff like that!

We used this guy. He is great, he and his wife are very nice. His only thing (which was not a problem for us) was no vulgar songs, he is a religious man. We were leary of using him because of all the scriptures he puts on his correspondence,, we did not want gospel to break out in the middle of the reception. We were VERY happy with the price $50 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. That was a couple years ago so he may be more expensive now. All the other ones we checked out were ridiculous, $500-$800 minimum.
