Weight Watchers meets on Thursday at 5:30 at Christian International Church on Hwy 98 (East of Hwy 395/Hwy 98 intersection). Come join us. Live healthy, drop a few pounds and join a great, fun group of men and women. I had forgotten how easy it is to do Weight Watchers!

And since early January I've lost somewhere between 7 and 14 pounds, depending on if I'm weighing in at the meetings or at my doctor's office. Feels great, and it's easy to do!

Congrats and keep up the good work but I would be willing to bet that you started working out about the same time. To be successful and maintain you can't do one without the other. I see marathon runners that work out but eat poorly. Just be cause you can run far doesn't mean you are in good health!

Weight Watchers encourages activity and healthy eating and gives you the tools to be successful and accountable. I have worked out diligently and did not lose weight in the past. I needed the extra help and WW does that.
