@Leader of the Banned, to your point about "treason". Mueller doesn't have the goods. There will be not charges or trial of treason. Tough to accept I'm sure.

From Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein's announcement on Friday are these two sentences: There is no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There is no allegation that the conspiracy altered the vote count or changed any election result. Here is the full transcript: Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein Delivers Remarks Announcing the Indictment of Twelve Russian Intelligence Officers for Conspiring to Interfere in the 2016 Presidential Election Through Computer Hacking and Related Offenses

Key word being "this".

How stupid does Trump, and his apologists think we are?

Drifter: Take a good look at the video of the Helsinki Summit starting at 38:00 and listen through 41:00. I'd love to hear your assessment of how Trump answered that question. The "leader of the free world" (hahahahaha) is fixating on Hillary's emails. Almost two years after he was sworn in to protect the constitution from enemies. What a pathetic excuse for a human being. And if you didn't vote against Trump, you are a party to this piece of sh*t. You want to mention the constitution? The First Amendment is the Freedom of Speech and The Freedom of the Press. The guy you helped elect with your smug complacency is quoted as saying the press is the enemy of the people, and he wants to improve relations with a regime that regularly murders journalists that don't agree with their propaganda. Read this morning's WSJ editorial and you might get an inkling what a serious mistake you helped elect.

Drifter, I'd love to hear your assessment of how he answered the question, and so glad you are amused.

You’re up there, you’ve got half the room going totally crazy, wild — they loved everything, they want to do something great for our country, and you have the other side, even on positive news — really positive news, like that — they were like death and un-American. Un-American. Somebody said, ‘treasonous.’ I mean, yeah, I guess, why not? Can we call that treason? Why not? I mean, they certainly didn’t seem to love our country very much."
Donald Trump defining treason as not applauding his speech. February 5, 2018
