I commend the judge in this matter. I also think based on this article, there were some differing opinions between the DOJ and Bidens legal teams to what the plea deal allowed going forward.

Are we talking about a kid that had a lone mess up or a life long loser that has been on the grift his whole life. At what point in time do you have to let a kid get punished for their own good?
