Comey just made it very clear that James Clapper's statement in January did not, repeat, did not include the FBI investigation. The WH is wrong to draw that conclusion. Also WH is right now tweeting false info about the hearing. The tweets were just read out loud and shown to be untrue.

Can we now have an independent investigation? The repubs can not be trusted to properly handle this. I watched close to two hours of the hearings and little if any questions from repubs were about the Trump ties or lies. They only asked about leaks especially that smirking a-hole Gowdy. He wasn't at all interested in leaks during the Clinton hearings.
Conservatives claimed during the campaign that being under FBI investigation should be a disqualifier. There was only one candidate under investigation election day and it wasn't Hillary.
