I want to try to digest what just happened at the Putin-Trump meeting. If I got the story straight, (since it is verbatim from Rex Tillerman, I'm not so sure) Trump, after six months of denying any Russian involvement in our elections, suddenly and immediately "presses" Putin about the subject...? First off, what the hell does "presses" mean? And second of all, I heard that Putin immediately demanded we show proof. Now what? If the intelligence community cannot show proof to the American people, without giving away "means and methods", how in the world could they show proof to the Russians. It seems to me, Putin just called Trump a fool to his face, and Trump knows it. Great negotiating position...
