Immigrants by definition migrate to another country. You seem to be hung up on that extraneous word you keep trying to add. Right? Right? Righto!

My reference is to California exercising states rights something Republicans used to be for, but now appear to be against.

I see. I didn't realize your post was about states rights. I dont like to get in to political debates. Im not a fan of either party. Social media and "news" as a gauge, both parties followers are too fanatical to me.

"That extraneous word" -> illegal. That's what this is all about. Without it, there would be no division. The entire hinge point. Maybe we aren't referring to the same thing.
