Well IT hit the fan today...

This morning in my Constracts class I was called on, and the professor just kept on and on with me for like 45 minutes straight, my heart started racing when I heard my name and I almost busted out with a nervous laughter. Well he lost me in his thought pattern because, he went off on a totally unrelated tangetn and made a fool of me, as I think he was aiming to do :roll: . So by the end of class he was no longer calling me Mr. Smart, but by my first name. I assume he thinks I am not deserving of that name. I think I will need some anger management before this is all over with :funn: .

This week is really going by fast.

They dont pick on you if they dont see potential in you. He sees that you are smart and want to see you get smarter. Dont let him get to you . He is just trying to see how much you would take. You took it all so he left you alone and he moved on. Professors are like that.

I agree with JT! It is his job to torment you. He will find another victim. He probably thought you were the easiest target just from looking at his class list.

Just don't tell him your nickname.

Me too. The book is great, especially the new 2004 anniversary edition. It gives alternative endings for Hart's relationship with his professor's daughter. Or was Hart the name of the professor? Hummmmmm.

Bstrong, Bsmart! We're all rooting for you. And here's a laugh to cheer you up. I was talking to my daughter, a senior in high school, about her chemistry class. She loves the class; loves the teacher, who she says is a very funny man. And it's a good thing Philippa appreciates his sense of humor! Her teacher calls her "Miss Virus." Because our last name is Norton, and it's easy for him to remember...Norton Anti-Virus...you know, computer stuff.
