Just saw an advertisement for a new community called Westshore Place at Inlet Beach. I went to the website at www.westshoreplace.com and saw that it was North of 98 just across from the back of Rosemary Beach. It is a long way from the gulf IMO and does not have any access unless they have a deal worked out with Rosemary Beach or they use a public access. It isn't near the bay, lake or any water is it?
The website says 48 homesites but does not show any pricing. Anybody have any info on pricinig for this? Just curious.
