Parrothead74 got me a beer belt and the Paris Hilton perfume...hmm....

Not to mention- a magic bullet. We are having a dip and frozen drink party tonight. Look out!

And by the way... The funns and the bag have invaded sowal. Keep your eyes peeled...

What's a magic bullet, Kimmi? :idontno:

Our best Christmas gift was a Grayton Beach holiday with the entire family, first one in 18 years since everyone is so busy and we do not usually travel during the Christmas season. Hubbie and I had decided to go minimalist with the giftgiving because we gave a gift of cash for the Katrina effort and didn't want to travel with "stuff." Nonetheless, we surprised one another...his gift was a new iPod with all the accessories and he gave me a ruby necklace that I have admired for almost a year. He won't let on how he knew this, but what a surprise! We are thankful this year that everyone is well and that we survived the storms of 2005 so well, considering.

Beach is absolutely glorious today and we enjoyed the cloud formations and a great light show that accompanied the storms on Saturday. Our puppy, Butter is such a rock star, just loves running on the beach checking out all the new smells and the great dogs of Grayton. He received all the holiday gifts, like having a baby in the family again. Guess we are the typical WASP family, lavishing maxi attention on the family dog and sucking it in otherwise. :floor:

Happy holidays to everyone on the Boards. And a special "thanks" to Kurt for creating this fun forum for all of us who need a SoWalton fix on a regular basis. I am looking forward to the breakfast meeting with several of you later this week, was thinking that we four should wear a SoWalton sticker on our foreheads so we recognize one another! And Smilin' Joe, where are you this holiday season? We've been looking for you on the beach. Hope we meet you before the vacation ends. Happy New Year, too!

Donna - you are a treat. When you post, I get such great visusals from your writing! Now back to laundry- while I think about Butter romping on the beach!

They are "funn goodies," not the "Funn Goodies" which Kimmifunn was talking about flashing while on the beach.
