What is the nicest area at my price

I am looking for a condo on the south side of 30A - preferably with a view and no more than a 300 yard walk to the beach. I want a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit for $300k or less. Is that possible? I am not that familiar with the area - I have just heard that it is nicer than Destin. I have gone to look, but it is hard to find a place to park and always seems crowded to me. Please help me out. I asked last year but it was OBE and thank goodness for that. This is a lifestyle choice and not a money making investment for me. If you can suggest complexes that meets what I have described, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Can you get a house for about that price? I'm at that phase of my life that I don't want to worry about maintenance - that's all. Plus I know insurance is all wrapped up in the HOA fees. I have no idea how expensive insurance is to buy on a house in that area. I guess I should be open to a house. Thanks.
