How does this compare with Jack Welch's philosophy? On the surface they seem diametrically opposed.

well the old xyz approach and bonus for christmas thing seems a little dated....i believe this is the way for those with creative talent residing in organizations. Less control...a little more humanity begats massive innovation.....welch is a throwback
