Some developers have a sense of "gotcha" if somehow the letter of credit expires and the county doesn't catch it??? Well, guess what else expires if the project goes unfinished-----the developer's reputation.

You're assuming that the developers give a rat's rectum...they'll just bankrupt the LLC and reopen under another name. :idontno:

About 3 weeks ago there was a group of maybe 5-6 people surveying where that road washed out and the road block got fixed up. Maybe there is something in the works to fix the bridge. Just West of there is a bunch of new steel beams that could be a short bridge span.
 
Oh, and now there is a for sale sign posted on the road block where the road washed out. Maybe they are trying to sell the old bridge.

Rotten timing. They could have sold that bridge in 2004. :roll:
 
Remax appears to actively be selling something there. There is a second larger sign as of this morning. David something was the name I think.
