What was the first movie you ever remember?

[Lake View Too]

I remember "The Ten Commandments" and "Some Like it Hot" but can't remember any other movies from my childhood. Can anybody jog my memory?

[Kurt]

I remember tons before age ten but they're all jumbled as far as what order I saw them.

[Lake View Too]

Which ones stand out? North by Northwest comes back to me. The Gazebo.

[Lake View Too]

I’m really leaning towards movies you know you saw on the big screen, before they were ever on TV.

[bob bob]

The Longest Yard.

[L.C. Bane]

1. Original T.V. mini Series "Roots" ( does that count since it was epic?)

Drive-in (first I remember):
2.Star Wars - A New Hope (the first on the big screen screen)
3.Blade Runner (original version)
4.Alien (the first one)
5.The Terminator ( the first one)

[BeachKrab]

Rocky, Star Wars, clash of the titans.

[Leader of the Banned]

Wizard of Oz, age 3. After that, before age 8, in no particular order, Mary Poppins, The Shaggy Dog, You Only Live Twice, Goldfinger, The Party (Peter Sellers), The Absent Minded Professor, The Odd Couple.

[Jerry Lewis]

Deep Throat

[Petermoh]

The sound of music.
