What's going on beachfront across from the "V"

Those 2 gulf-front homes/lots were sold for $3.2 million combined, if I correctly recall. I'm not sure if they still have the designs posted, but not too long ago, they were posted across the street at V.

Those 2 gulf-front homes/lots were sold for $3.2 million combined, if I correctly recall. I'm not sure if they still have the designs posted, but not too long ago, they were posted across the street at V.

Oh, that makes sense. I wondered why they paid so much more than the buyers of the house and lot to the west paid. It wasn't clear to me on qpublic that it was a combined purchase.
