Long or short term rental, or purchase price? Price will differ between Sandestin and Blue Mtn Beach. Different ball park and much different owners.

Well my family has a tiny condo in the Seamist Complex on 30-A in Seacrest, and the unit next to ours--One bedroom, one bath, recently sold for $425,000. These units went on the market for $55,000 in 1986 when my uncle bought his condo brand new when the complex was first built.

To buy! My sister was asking me. She doesnt care what area it's in she just wants to know the around about $$$$ ( not ft.walton or destin) on something walk able to the beach like as in a cross the street,. We New Yorker's want to be very close to the beach without doing much walking.
