Wheel House Restaurant - ??

Does anyone know what's going on with the Wheel House? I have a friend who would like to open a "good" Mexican Restaurant. I would LOVE to see a "good" local Mexican Restaurant. Who to contact? Any help would be appreciated.

As past guests of the Seagrove Villas...we loved the convenience of being able to walk across the street for meals! I would check with the new owner/developer of the Villas and see if he has any interest in helping to resurrect the Wheel House...

I would think that would go over very well in that location, something different but with a seafood flair to it.
