Great memories on the grounds of the Seagrove Villas, location of my first business on 30-A over twenty years ago. Even happier that they won't be taking down the cottages!!

Sounds like a great place with the Seagrove groove. It is all about the feel good atmosphere that will make it successful. People do not live and vacation here for anything slick and shinny.
