When do campaigns Signs Become Litter?

I picked up 80 more today and am working my way north. There shouldn't be a sign left south of freeport. I will complete my pickup in the required time. I promise I'm trying but other people put them out too I don't know where they all are. Please e-mail if you know where more are and I'll come get them.

I was rather impressed by the quick response to take down most of the political signs, except for one person, Cecilia Jones, who obviously doesn't care about the signs(litter) in South Walton, or what could have happened to all of the signs during the storm. Cecilia, you are off to a shaky start. Please don't wait for Code Enforcement to do your job.

Give Cecelia a break and a chance. She has 15 days, by law, to remove the signs. She did not return the media's phone call the night of the election for whatever reason...we are not in her shoes. Sit back and let her take her chair in January. The south end does not need to piss her off before she even takes office!

Do you want them back or do they go to the recycler? Not many out my way but I do not mind picking them up, just need to know what to do with them.

Off duty firefighters went out today and we think we have gotten all our candidate signs. If you happen to see any others south of the bridge, let me know, I will be looking for them.
