This equation should be taught in all math classes! From a strictly
mathematical viewpoint it goes like this: What Makes 100%? What does it
mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where
someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving 103%? What
makes up 100% in life?

Then: H-A-R-D-W-O-R-K

and K-N-O-W-L-E-D-G-E
11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96%
But, A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E

Nice. I'm glad they do not teach this in school. IMO if they did, we would have far too many a**kissers and we already have too many as it is. Plus if we had more of them, I would be in the majority as apposed to the minority :shock: Besides, it is an art form and would need to be taught in art class and not in math. We need an a**kissers club on the board. Joking of course. If you really knew me, you would certainly know that I am not one.

A thought that has helped me in the past:

You know when you are driving down the road and some jerk pulls out in front of you and you have to slam on brakes. Or some yahoo does something so stupid you can hardly believe it.

Well, when that happens I think to myself. It takes all kinds and if it were not for people like that, I'd just be average.

It makes me feel better anyway.

I thought the same thing about the driver in the car in front of me this morning. As we approached the green traffic light, he began to break. He came to a rolling stop just below the green light. I beeped on the horn a bit just so he would keep moving and not get me killed by the dump truck following closely behind me. I could see his female passenger just giving him hell. God help us all.
