Where can I get me some free WiFi?

I needed wireless last week at Seaside--Sundog books does have free wireless, but Modica did NOT--one of the workers at Modica's told me they had turned their network into a secure one because of their credit card processing needs.
Sundog worked well--they even have coffee to buy if you sit on the porch on the second floor (which also offers a covered space.)

I'm hoping to make a trip down during August. My boyfriend is glued to his laptop and may start having withdrawls by the end of the week if we don't have internet at our hotel/rental. I know Starbucks usually has free WiFi. Is there anywhere else we can stop for a few minutes so he can have his "fix"? Thanks!

We don't have wireless access at our condo, but my son and his friend brought their laptops with them and found out that you can get access anyway without even leaving the room. The catch? You have to pay $4/hour for it. They were aghast but I thought that wasn't a bad price for the convenience.
