Every ad I've ever seen for mattresses says "free pick-up of your old mattress." After it leaves your house, where does it go? Is there a secret Mountain of Mattresses somewhere on this planet that we don't know about? Or is there a high tech machine out there that extracts the metal coils and recycles them? But even then, where does the fluff go?
