SJ...I know...they do seem to create problems for some folks. Especially those with an agenda that is contrary to the ownership, use and enjoyment of private beachfront property; I don't see you that way at this time. Am I wrong?

beachwalker, i have been generous enough to answer your questions, at times even when no answer was really necessary. you on the other hand do not seem to answer questions. it seems to me that a question posed to you gives you the opportunity to repeat hammering your point(s), which we've all gotten the first and second times, or ask another question relating to some minutiae. quite rude, imo.
