Where are you going? :idontno:

I am moving to Birmingham because I will have more friends, career opportunities, etc. SoWal doesn't have (IMHO) the type of career opportunities that I am looking for.

So off I go...

And what sort of career opportunities are you looking for?

Hopefully at the beginning of the year. Get the year off to a good start! I have so many things I'm interested in like: PR, Spanish, Merchandising and Buying. I took Spanish for six years. I can't let it go to waste.

Well, I have a friend who went on line and found a job and an apartment in Denver before ever moving there. That was a pretty good way to go! Of course since you already have a network in B'Ham you will want to stay close to your friends and their neighborhoods. Also, they can help you network for a job. Utilizing a headhunter is also a good idea because they work for you and the company pays the bill. Give them your skills and they find the position. I know my girls are considering whether or not they will stay in SoWal when they finish school. I think they may be students for some time to come. They enjoy living in Sowal. :D

All of those things are cool! So, then, what did you end up majoring in?

PR/ Spanish. I got most of my Spanish credits in Spain one summer. Thought about teaching English in Spain but the classes you have to take are really expensive.

I just want to use my brain!!!

Where are the other Funns? I really would like to know what they think?????
