Any info on Wild Heron Community? It is it a good place to buy? What about the HOA? Rental or non-rental oriented? Many year round residents?

Beautiful development, homes, and amenities, especially golf, but I know nothing about the operation or living there.
 
The thing to keep in mind is it was bought by JOE several years ago. Odds are good that the entrance road will be used as a major entrance for the West Bay sector plan.
