Any interest out there with potential buyers at Wild Heron? It would seem like the retiring baby boomers would like to live on a world class golf course and Lake Powell, with access to the Watersound Beach Club. We have a house for sale fully-furnished with a golf membership at a steal and are still seeing no activity.

If your not getting any bites and the property has been listed for a while, I'd take a serious look at your asking. It sounds as if you might be priced too high. The market is slow but properties that are priced right are moving.

it is the lowest priced non-foreclosure, non-bungalow home in the community. it is being offered fully furnished and has an attached golf membership. It is only listed on the Bay County MLS though...

I guess if there are foreclosures under yours, your best bet (if you can) would be to wait it out. Foreclosures are getting snapped up right quick right now as they come on the books. These listings are definitely stealing some of the show from regular listings. Especially down in that area where I think buyers perceive regular listings (in some cases wrongfully) as being listed too high.
