Hello all, new to the forum, but a multi generation visitor of SoWal.

Looking forward to our annual visit, I've got lots of deep memories of the area and am very hopeful that this treasured land will be safe from the oil. Things are certainly looking better over the last few days, so lets hope the good news keeps coming.

I'll be there oil or not, and will be ready to help if SoWal is impacted.

This forum has been a great source of info - thanks to all for posting.

I'm scheduled to be in SoWal in 10 days too. Monitoring a mortally sick relative as well as the oil spill. I'd rather be there than anywhere else...
