The best part is that there are not thousands of people on it. Small and intimate. Since I am not crazy about huge crowds, except Disney, I doubt a large ship is for me. All I have read and heard about Windjammer makes it seem perfect if you do not want dog and pony shows on a boat(not that it is bad), but like to sail and see beautiful places. When do you plan on going? I know hurricanes cause a huge problem with the ships. I believe they lost one with the crew, but no passengers, a while back.

My friend who lives on the sailboat says you get a perspective of these islands that is simply not possible if you stay on land. I wish you and GB a fabulous trip (or are you taking little otters?)...which islands do you wish to see this trip?

I used the horizon trick on the catamaran in Jamaica. After dancing with the island girl, because I had to break the ice for all the gringos on the boat, the seas were so choppy and swells were so high, I just fell down on the seat!!!
