I hated to see the Astros win too. :( Would much rather have seen our Cards play this next round against the Braves!

I wanted to see that also.....next year? Maybe.

Gotta' love the game! Love those White Sox beating the Red Sox that beat those Yankees!

I have to say I was sad to see the Red Sox lose out so early this year...when it comes to drama, the Bosox bring it, always. Made for the best baseball series I ever saw, last year--talk about coming back from the dead. Plus, it made my husband cry..a grown man just bawling like a baby because he'd been a lifelong Sox fan, never thought he'd see that day, and now he could die happy.

I'm from Houston so I should be for the Astros, but I don't know..there's nothing like a good underdog story. (Sox). But I like the Cards too. Both teams and their fans have a lot of soul.

I like baseball!

:clap_1: You will never find better fans than the Cardinal Nation!! We even give standing O's to opposing teams!!! We live for Baseball in this town --- Especially in OCTOBER!!! :clap_1:

Oh, and a little side bar -- This is the last season being played in our beloved Busch stadium. It would be awesome to send it off with a WS Ring!!!

Back before the Braves became a dynasty and were still underdogs wearing light blue (!?) uniforms, it used to be that way for us too. I miss that fan feeling. Enjoy the series, I hope your boys do well.

Ditto on the Cards and their fans--none better. I am one fan that looks forward to the new stadium--not a lot of charm in our concrete cookie cutter.
