Wanted Year lease, Inlet Bch to Blue Mtn Bch, small dog, Mid Apr

[bronzypear]

Need a place that's available when my current lease ends mid Apr 2018. If I could have it all: Unfurnished 2 bd/2 bath single family home, attached garage, small fenced back yard, under $2K, That's my ideal but I'm flexible except for location. Can you help?
