While the rest of the country appears to have dropped into a second dip, Walton County seems to be bouncing along some sort of bottom. The average change between September and May is just a little negative. Note this data is based on sales reported In Walton County's database through May, so the last couple months are estimates since that data isn't completely filled in yet.

If I understand the chart it says that May 2009 YOY pricing was down about 20%, May 2010 YOY was down about 10%, and now May 2011 YOY is down another 10% - do I have that right? If so, I'm not sure I'd call that "bouncing around the bottom".

Yes, although the May 2011 numbers are based on partial data - it takes a few months for all the data to fill up in county records. The graph is based on the rolling, inflation adjusted, average sale price over 12 months.
