Im a responsible younger man no pets, none smoker. been the manager of a surf shop for over three years! just trying to find a place closer to work. i am willing to do work or help out if needed to lower cost..

Would you be interested in sharing a house/condo around Sandestin area? Depending on the rental I choose, you probably could pay $450/$500/mo and you'd have more than just a studio.... That's less than half, but we might be able to work something out.
