Because there was an agenda from the Republican Legislature and Gov. Scott, it was only because of a few moderate Republicans and the Democrats that kept it from being much much worse. I will say that if the members of the Legislature were more concerned about the citizens rather than the leadership of the House and Senate and "Their" agenda it would have been much better for the citizen.
