The warning comes at a time when we can make a lot of difference in our health. The holiday cooking is already underway, and we will have the opportunity to shake things up and eat healthy. The other option is to say to ourselves that it is just this one meal exception, even though we know that is a lie. We will be tempted by many sweets, and unhealthy foods, like hamor Fried Turkey
, but we do have a choice to avoid those items by eliminating them from our Traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas cooking.
I know some of you are cussing me out right now, but making the right choices on our dietary intake over the next 45 days can make a huge difference in our health, and can eliminate the need for working so hard at trying to get in shape for swimsuit season.
The choices are ours to make.

You do make a good point SJ. Choices, it is all about choices. It is hard to have the willpower this time of the year to make good choices. For me, and I speak only for myself it is like a drug addict trying to avoid falling off the wagon. It is a daily struggle to make good choices when it comes to eating healthy. Some days I do good. Some days I don't. I have to take it one day at a time.
