Good question to ask your insurer.
I'm not sure. He may have not been an illegal immigrant worker.

Reminds me of an episode of that show about the untold stories of the ER. The show had a middle aged guy who came into the ER with a tree stuck in his @ss.I am thinking the worst and so are the doctors -- a bunch of jerks were probably molesting and torturing this guy. I kid you not about the tree. It was a small tree, about 2-3 inches in diameter, and a good two feet of it was sticking out. After taking xrays, the doctors found about another 1.5-2ft inside the man. He was in great pain. Fortunately for him, he really didn't have any internal damage like you would think. The doctors cut the tree down as much as they could on the outside, and then surgically removed the remaining part from inside his body. They got it all out and sewed the guy back up.
As it turns out, the guy was a lanscaper and was on a ladder, bending over while trimming some tall bushes. He fell backwards falling directly onto a small tree which he had just pruned.
hmmmm - what do you suppose the odds of this happening are ?
