A girl at the gym recently told me that my six-pack wasn't going to show until I lost all my body fat. :eek: I guess I will just have to keep my 6-pack tucked away under that layer of fat.

I didn't know about the Turkey Trot tomorrow. If it involves eating, I will gladly trot over to your house to eat some turkey. If it has anything to do with running, I gave that up. However, I am hitting the gym today.

Have you guys noticed the lack of recent posting on SoWell on SoWal? I think everyone is busy cooking gobs of food.
