Can You Hear the Waves?

New posts
There are certainly worse ways to spend a sunday than to be woken up by the sound of waves and rain....................and then rolling over for a couple more hours w/ Ma Nature's soundtrack in the background! :D

When I used to live on 393 one mile North of Ed Walline, we used to hear the waves when the wind was right. Now that I am up near the historic town of Santa Rosa Beach, we don't hear them anymore. I do miss that sound. :(

What road would that be that's a mile North of Ed Walline?

The waves have become louder tonight. I can still hear them over the yells of the Steeler fans. Sorry you can't hear them Ash. But, they do sorta sound like the roar of the football crowd tonight. Louder, softer, constant rumble.

We're right on the gulf. Was quiet for a couple of days but the waves really rolled in today. We have the patio doors open a crack even at night so we can hear the waves.
