Recipe please.since my mother is too far and she's usually the one that cooks nyd meal, i prepared the meal myself.
spinach/feta stuffed pork tenderloin w/ byron butt rub. it was the best i've ever cooked.
bep's soaked overnight and cooked in crock-pot.
kale with olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, garlic, ginger. won't use vinaigrette next time.
the only thing that disappointed me was that i didn't have my mom's made from scratch cornbread. i used jiffy, and that just ain't the same. when i do jiffy again i'm going to add some orange marmalade, sugar, pecans and cranberries.and cook it in a fish muffin tin.
and lotsa chardonaaay!
BTW tonight I'm making old-school Bolognese sauce. Craving some pasta!

Didn't wanna cook much. But tonight, I made FRIED pork chops, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, salad and rolls. It was well worth the wait.
