I recently dined at Northport Diner in Northport, AL and absolutely loved what I saw!!! For parents who like to eat out a lot even though they have toddlers, this was a huge blessing and a way for the restaurant to make a little extra money I'm sure.
This restaurant had built in a glass walled room in the corner that was set up just for kids. They had tons of stuff to entertain kids in there so as a parent you could sit at your table and enjoy that after-dinner dessert and coffee without being rushed out by your inpatient toddler. With the glass walls, you could easily see your kids playing without having to get up to check on them. There were huge chalkboards for the kids to draw, toys, table and chairs for artwork, two tvs showing cartoons. Plenty of things for the kids to not get bored.
I would love for my hometown to have restaurants like this one, so my husband and I can enjoy some relaxed meals. Restaurants - please consider. Parents of little ones would really appreciate it.

They have toys for the kids to play with at the table and they have a bit of a play area outside. Good pizza and great people!
