I sure hope so.
House Republicans are set to vote Wednesday on repeal of the healthcare law, keeping a central campaign pledge while delivering an opening salvo in what will likely be a two-year battle with President Obama.
The vote to roll back Democrats? signature domestic achievement of the 111th Congress is scheduled to occur some time after 5 p.m., and both Republicans and Democrats held closed-door meetings Wednesday morning to hone their final arguments.

IMO, real leadership is to repeal and then have replacement bills in the queue to fix some of the existing problems (like existing conditions exclusions- pun intended). Not to say in essence, we will repeal and then wait days, weeks, months to fix the problems.?I don?t know that we need artificial deadlines set up for the committees,? Boehner told reporters. ?We expect them to act in a official way, allowing all of their members on their committees to be heard ? Democrats and Republicans.?
Funny how everyone agrees it's crap bill. Repeal it and rewrite it. Obama is going to be all alone if he's forced to block the repeal if it passes the House and the Senate.
The poll also finds that 46 percent of respondents are opposed to repeal (with 34 percent strongly opposed), while 45 percent support the repeal effort (with 35 percent strongly in favor).

The repeal vote is just symbolic. The real work begins as they start to negotiate other legislation. If Obama wants to get anything done over the next four or maybe even six years he'll have to agree to curtail the largess of ObamaCare. The House has him over a barrel. It'll only get worse for him in two years as republicans will likely take control of the Senate as well.
Senator Reid said it won't come to a vote so I doubt it makes it to Obama. The one problem I have is that you have Boehner saying we need to repeal the bill, but is unwilling to put a schedule out for replacement of some of the things that all (or almost all) agree are needed. Here are his thoughts...
