New posts
We spent Monday afternoon in Wonder Works in Panama City Beach with 11 boys all around age 9!!! (birthday party for the 9 year old person who resides in my home). I have to say it was a blast, if exhausting! Glad to stay out of the heat and away from the crowds on the beach!

Would this be a good trip for a certain Kittay? You know we have to keep her entertained while she's here.

We evacuated to Tallahassee for our niece's birthday and to see my sister's new house. In addition we got to see the largest Publix I've ever seen. It had a cooking school in the store along with a summer camp for kids. They also had a small appliance and cookware section.

We then ran home on Monday for a sowallers graduation party. Where we learned that a brick of weed is apparently an inappropriate graduation gift.

definitely. Its like a goofy, fun science museum. there are a few "rides" like the virtual roller coaster. Our friend (adult) was inside the enclosed pod when it malfunctioned and they couldn't get it open! It was due to improper weight distribution - he was much heavier than the small kid he was riding with. They got it open within a few minutes but still - I about died and I wasn't even the one stuck inside!!! They didn't even know they were stuck (the ride stopped and the operator could not open the pod), so it wasn't that big a deal. You will never see me get in there.

Ripley's just next door too (haven't done that yet).

Ripley's is fun, but don't fall for the 4D rides, I can give you the same experience with a large screen tv and a barca lounger.

Oooooh, call me later...there is a good story with this one, I am sure!

have ya'll gone putt putt golfing yet? why not go to the Track in Destin or PCB, and then goofy golf?

Best putt putt golf is right up the road from Ripley's, black light mini-golf inside and air conditioned down to near freezing.

I would LOVE to see that Publix!
I loved the Publix in fernandina beach - big book section, and also a wonderful seafood section!
