I'm really a little bit bothered by the addition of Trump. I know we all think he's an arrogant buffoon, but we can't stop watching him. I'm concerned because the overwhelming motivation for most Americans is to be entertained rather than be informed. I'm concerned that enough of us are so bored looking at our phones, that his antics will be what we want: entertainment! He will always have the ability to get attention. He is a master at grabbing the spotlight.

Let me say at the outset I am not a Trump supporter. Let me also say he is not in this for entertainment. He is obviously a brillant man regardless of what you may think of him. some of you will really be surprised come Nov. 2016. Thinking, working, retired Americans are tired of what we see in our government at this juncture in time. They will turn out as never before in order to forestall the catastrophy we are now experiencing. It is only one man's opinion but it is my prediction and the number of candidates the Republican party now has running will not matter one whit. The final one will be much better for America as a whole than anything the Democrats can put forth as far as making the nation a better and more prosperous place to live than it is now.

And there you have a glimpse of the meaning of life in the bubble.

I just think one can't generalize about who is satisfied with Obama's performance and who is not based on their socioeconomic status. People who live in this locale ought to see the big picture and remember that we are a big country with 50 states, that as a whole overwelmingly supported the president twice and, would probably back him a third time in light of the likely Republican opposition. That's just the reality. Don't shoot the messenger. Republicans need to fix their party.
"overwhelmingly"? see 2012 51-47 percent

The labor force participation rate declined by 0.3 percentage point in June to 62.6%, the lowest rate since October 1977-Dept. of Labor,June 2015
Deficit spending to the horizon with zero percent Fed interest rates propping up the fraud.

The money has flowed, no flooded to the top. We're still waiting for the trickle down, our boats to rise with the tide, the tax cuts that pay for themselves, the job creators that are going to create jobs if they just get a few more tax breaks. We will all be living the Republican economic wet dream just like they do in Kansas. The party of the 53%.

Hence the grid lock. Had he had a mandate I don't think it would have change because the people voted for a different party in the House and Senate. Governor Scott was reelected and had he not had a friendly Legislature I don't think he would have gotten what he has received. I will say that the relationship between him and the Legislature might be a little different than it has been. Only time will tell though.

Obama was elected in 08 as a direct result of Bush backlash. A very well spoken Black man, hope and change...right place and right time. Qualified? Absolutely not. If Denzel Washington would have ran he could have gotten elected. Seven years into it, I honestly don't think Obama has done a horrible job, I am hard pressed to believe there would have been a Republican who could have done anything more or better. When the pendulum swings that far, it historically doesn't go to the center, it goes the opposite direction. Hellary on the other hand is a lying bag of douche, her own party doesn't like her but are so scared of being exiled to Clinton political gulag they don't dare speak out. Hellary is as much of a joke as Trump is, at least we know Trump's shtick.

I want a politician I can be "FOR". Currently too much effort is being expended on those we are against.

Give credit to the President, in 2008 a lot of people showed up to vote FOR him.
